By reserving a private showcase through this website, you hereby affirm that you have read, understand, consent and agree to all of Access Film Music's Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT: Only people registered for the Folk Alliance International Conference can perform at private showcases, and this includes sidemen. Folk Alliance International has established a limit of 6 private showcases per artist, and it is the artist's responsibility to ensure they are in compliance with this limit. Access Film Music LLC reserves the right to cancel any private showcases that exceed this limit and refunds may or may not be issued at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC. Private Showcases in the Access Film Music rooms are only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. Refunds for private showcase reservations may be made at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC, and will only occur when a replacement artist can be scheduled and Access Film Music LLC has received their payment.

Please be advised that Folk Alliance International has not yet officially opened the private showcase registration process. As specified in Access Film Music LLC's Terms & Conditions, all reservations made through the AccessFilmMusic.net website prior to the official opening of FAI's private showcase registration process are done so on a conditional and speculative basis, and can and will only be confirmed upon execution of the final private showcase agreement between Access Film Music LLC and Folk Alliance International, which is expected to be completed in August 2027. Access Film Music LLC has been successfully hosting private showcase rooms at the Folk Alliance International Conference and many Folk Alliance regional events for over a decade and we anticipate no difficulties. In the event that Folk Alliance International does not execute the private showcase agreement with Access Film Music LLC for any reason, refunds for showcase reservation fees already received will be made, minus the cost of the fee PayPal charges us to receive your payment.
