Solos & Small Groups, Longer Sets - 30 minute sets @ $55

By reserving a private showcase through this website, you hereby affirm that you have read, understand, consent and agree to all of Access Film Music's Terms and Conditions.

In addition to a great showcase room, the Access Gypsy Wagon Video room also offers artists the opportunity to capture your showcase performances on high-quality video and audio.

This showcase room is hosted by David Hakan of Gypsy Wagon Studios.

With the consent of the artists, David will live stream the showcases in this room to YouTube. Therefore, he requests that artists who wish to have their showcase live-streamed include only original songs, not covers. If you plan to include cover songs in your showcase, please advise David in advance so he can disable the live-stream during these songs.

After the conference, for the exceptionally reasonable price of $60, Gypsy Wagon Studios can provide you with an edited version of the video, which you are free to use for your own promotional and commercial purposes. Once your showcase time in the Access Gypsy Wagon Video room is confirmed, David will contact you directly to ask if you wish to have your showcase recorded on video and audio or live-streamed, or both.

In addition, David is offering still photography sessions on-site throughout the Folk Alliance conference. His rate is $50 per session per artist. You can expect each photo session to last approximately 30 minutes. If you wish to have your photo shoot off-site, somewhere in New Orleans, that might be possible based on scheduled availability, and an additional cost may apply.

IMPORTANT: Only people registered for the Folk Alliance International Conference can perform at private showcases, and this includes sidemen. Folk Alliance International has established a limit of 6 private showcases per artist, and it is the artist's responsibility to ensure they are in compliance with this limit. Access Film Music LLC reserves the right to cancel any private showcases that exceed this limit and refunds may or may not be issued at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC. Private Showcases in the Access Film Music rooms are only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. Refunds for private showcase reservations may be made at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC, and will only occur when a replacement artist can be scheduled and Access Film Music LLC has received their payment.
