This year, Access
Film Music LLC will be hosting 6
Private Showcase Rooms from Wednesday, February 19th through the wee
hours of Sunday, February 23rd. If you're looking for performance
opportunities during the conference, read on. They usually sell-out
quickly, so act fast if you're interested.
We're hosting 6 acoustic Private Guerrilla Showcase rooms, with different rooms dedicated to different
purposes: Rooms for "In-the-Round" performances, usually featuring 3 artists, and rooms for 20-minute and 30-minute "single artist" sets. We feel this approach offers artists choices that better
help them accomplish their goals for the conference. Towards the end of
the scheduling process, if we have open slots available, we may alter
the offerings for the remaining spaces, but everyone who signs up
through this page remains confirmed and their schedules will not be
changed.

IMPORTANT:
The submission deadline for Folk Alliance's printed Private Showcase Pocket Guide has passed. Be aware that any private showcase reservations received after
this deadline
will NOT be included in FAI's printed PGS Pocket Guide. They will, however, be included in Folk Alliance's smartphone app schedules, Access Film Music's online schedules and the printed schedules we post outside our showcase rooms each day.

To reserve a
performance time, click
on the 
button that appears in the Status / Artist column which corresponds to the room and time slot you wish to reserve.
This will direct you to PayPal, where you can pay your showcase
reservation fee and lock-in your showcase time slot.
After making each private showcase reservation, please
check the schedules to confirm that your showcases are
listed correctly: Check the date, the time and please make sure you have
spelled your name correctly. Also, if your name doesn't link to your
website, please send us an email to let us know the URL to which you wish to
link. info@accessfilmmusic.net
All
artists who have received a showcase invitation from Access Film Music that are registered for the Folk Alliance International Conference are
welcome to reserve up to 6 private showcase times, the maximum number allowed by FAI for any artist.
Please do not reserve showcase times for artists that have not received a showcase invitation from Access Film Music. If you know of an artist that is looking for showcase opportunities at Folk Alliance in Montréal, please ask them to send an email with links to their music to info@accessfilmmusic.net. Please don't sign them up yourself -- The invitation you received is for you only! Thanks for your understanding and cooperation with this.
Due to the constraints
of our programming, if
you wish to reserve multiple sets, each reservation will have to be
executed as a separate transaction. Access Film Music LLC reserves the
right to limit the number of showcases available to any artist, at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC. Folk Alliance International has imposed a strict limit of 6 private showcases per artist.
You can make your private showcase reservations safely and securely
using any major credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover, or using PayPal's convenient e-check
payment.
If you select a timeslot that has already been reserved, you will
receive a "SOLD OUT" response, and be re-directed to the Sign-up /
Schedule page, where you are able to select an alternate timeslot.

IMPORTANT: Only people registered for the Folk Alliance International Conference can perform at private showcases, and this includes sidemen. Folk Alliance International has established a limit of 6 private showcases per artist, and it is the artist's responsibility to ensure they are in compliance with this limit. Access Film Music LLC reserves the right to cancel any private showcases that exceed this limit and refunds may or may not be issued at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC. Private Showcases in the Access Film Music rooms are only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. Refunds for private showcase reservations may be made at the sole discretion of Access Film Music LLC, and will only occur when a replacement artist can be scheduled and Access Film Music LLC has received their payment.
